FINAL part FOUR: Vacation/Holiday in Cebu, Philippines (Photo Heavy)

Thanks for checking out our honeymoon & holiday photos! I'll get back into posting some style blogs again soon. :)

January 2011
After Sinulog, we stayed another night at Shangri La. It was so gorgeous there, and I definitely recommend staying there if you ever visit Cebu. :) Chris and I enjoyed the scenery and had fancy drinks. We also enjoyed the beautiful Italian restaurant there! They even had a chef from Italy cooking up the main dishes. YUM!

And then later that night we had dinner with family and the SamPaul Loveteam! We could see some fans watching and wanting to say hello.

So they did eventually :) What a nice surprise!

It was amazing and once in a lifetime spending time with them. I hope to visit Cebu as much as possible! Thank you to everybody for hosting, taking the time to meet with us and graciously giving us our lovely wedding and honeymoon gifts. We'll never forget this trip!

Honeymoon Part Two: Cebu, Philippines

January 2011

On arrival in the Philippines, Mom and Dad (also visiting!) picked us up and took us to Ayala mall to eat at Oh, George! Cafe. It was so good, and so comforting, since it gave us many vegetarian options, and other options outside of Asian food. We had hummus/bread/spinach dip/pasta/Oreo Mint cake and San Miguel Beer!!! :)

Chris and I continued honeymooning at the Shangri-La Resort in Cebu, Philippines. I have never stayed anywhere so nice, and the beach was also beautiful. We drank fancy fruity drinks!

I got this dress in Vivocity in Singapore! Love it, but since it was packaged, I didn't realise it had black marker pen written on the inside #FAIL Perhaps, I can cover it up with white out, that was a joke, okay maybe not? :)

I desperately need accessories! If I would have wore my hair in a bun, this would have been a bit ballerina.

After staying at Shangri La we visited Aunty's holiday house on the hills

We watched our cousin Paul Jake (now a famous celebrity in the Philippines! HAHAHA) on an afternoon teleseries soap opera. It was classic watching it with the family, hooting, and laughing at the romantic scenes! I'll post some photos of him later!

Honeymoon Part One: Singapore

The day after our wedding in January we went to Singapore and Philippines for our honeymoon! A big thanks to our family and friends for contributing to our honeymoon registry! We spent three days and three nights on Sentosa Island. We loved our spot on the island for our quiet honeymoon resort location. It was only a quick 5 minute train ride over to the city.

We arrived early Monday morning during the morning rush, and we absolutely loved people watching and seeing the hustle and bustle of the city. On our first train, we saw these extremely STYLISH elderly men on the train. Cheese cutter hats and Members Only kind of jackets. I HAD to get a secret photo with them even though they were napping. :)

We took the trains everywhere in Singapore. The public transport system was so efficient and inexpensive! Singapore is such a beautiful and clean city. And when I say clean, I'm not kidding! We couldn't find rubbish bins for Chris to dispose of his coffee cup, enforcing the idea that you take care and dispose of your own rubbish.

Photobucket
Vivocity mall was located right across from the island. The mall was HUGE! HOW CONVENIENT! This was perfect since we weren't able to check into our room until later.
